Hello everyone, I wanted to ask and see if I can get some opinions on what jet sizes I should use for my bike? It’s a 1981 Suzuki gs650g with the mufflers cut it’s a stock 4 into 2 and then it also has pod filters on it. Stock it’s a main (110) and pilot is (42.5) I went up to a 120 main and kept the pilot stock but I’m seeing some black smoke and the bike won’t stay on without the throttle pulled a little, I’m thinking I may need some shims or from the main keys down one or two? I went up 4. Please help thank you.

Sorry but I won't help anyone make their bike ridiculously LOUD.
Metric 4s are totally obnoxious without a muffler.

Maybe someone else can help.

My only suggestion is to put everything back stock.......or as near to it as you can get.

I just bought the bike for 100$ I just want to get it running right, I didn’t cut the mufflers and I’m not going to buy some stock ones but I would make my own baffles for them to quiet it down a lot, no t a big fan of loud bikes either.
