It is a dummy bike made by the Lemoto company to show off the products that they make to sell to the British MZ Racing Club (www.bmzrc.org.uk) racers. The engine is a dummy and has no internal components but otherwise the bike looks much like any of the MZ ETZ 250s that the Club races.
Next to this bike (just to the right and out of shot) was the bike of Darren Moggeridge. He was the 2000 British Motor Cycle Racing Club's overall championship winner, scoring more points than any other rider in any other class.
Other than that, the Lemoto bike has no significance. Few of the parts displayed on it have been seen on 2001 bikes, as it happens.
