I owned this bike about 7 years ago and just bought it back partially disassembled from an estate sale. Though the tires look okay, I have been talked out of using them because of their age - rubber too old and stiff to be trusted - sounds like me

I also need to do oil change. Where do I get filters for it?
What else should I be considering to get me through this summer. I won't be riding when the snow and ice show up in Montana and expect to have plenty of time to really go over the bike during the winter.
