The dam* things plastic, It appears they're all plastic now-a-days and you can't repair them, just toss it and buy a new one.......

All previous posts offer good information. Try Cortech or Tour Master clothing. I prefer the construction and fit of those two brands over Joe Rocket. Good luck searching!
