A way to drain the fuel and get a date

I have finally tired of changing newspapers under my dear RD400. I decided to throw down for a fancy Pingle fuel valve (can't say pet**** here!). I figured I could drain the fuel into my gas can or just go for a nice ride and drain it that way.

I choose a route through fancy Rancho Santa Fe which has scenic homes and curvy roads. Apparently I miscalculated my supply of premix and promptly ran out of gas about 5 miles from my home and D'oh! I didn't bring my cell phone.

I walked up to the sales center where some new homes are going up. The surrounding hills were charred black from the recent fires. Lo and behold an attractive young lady is sitting in the office by herself. I told her of my plight and she allowed me to use the phone in the office.

None of my friends answered and she told me she'd give me a ride to my house so I could get my truck and ramp. I thanked her repeatedly and told her I'd be happy to take her to lunch for her kindness. She said she'd love to. Woo hoo!

Oh, while I was on the side of the road struggling to push the RD up the ramp, a guy pulled over and gave me a push. I'm not taking him to lunch though.

Why didn't you get that damn valve fixed like I said!?!? All it takes is that little rubber puck deal with the three holes in it. You can get it from Speed & Sport in Bloomsberg PA for peanuts. Sheesh, and I was so hopefull after you made your own air filer for the Huffy...

I bought a rebuild kit but didn't see no three hole puck. I'm going full billet fancy pingle baby. My [email protected] will be worth more than the bike!
The gas thing was a cover. You have been wanting to take that chick out to lunch and figured out a way to make yourself look vulnerable. They eat that shyt up! Nice going!

...So, what your saying is the guy you met is way more of a **** and you're not even going to bother paying for a meal, but your just taking him to Chateau Buz for some cheap, dirty man love?
No.....

... you should know Buz better than that. After fleecing the chick out of lunch and a quick WBTYM he fleeced the guy out of gas money, dinner and THEN the cheap, dirty man love.
Wazzamattawidyou?!! Didn't you get the towing insurance from Progresive that acecycleins told you about?

Man, how many time do they have to hit you over the head?

BTW, THIS THREAD IS TOTALLY USELESS WITHOUT PICS!!!!!!!

If lunch goes well, maybe she can help you drain your pet****.

Well I've got the AAA towing deal but I was so close to my house it just made sense to get my truck and get it myself.

I have to go on the lunch date before I can provide pictures! ;-)
I need my R5's fuel system worked on. Maybe you can fix that while you're at the RD?

You might as well let me perform some brain surgery on you at the same time.

I have about the same qualifications for each.
I'm a bit more skilled at 2 stroke maintenance than brain surgery, but I still find brain surgery fascinating.
Aha!

You've been practicing at home, and you live alone...now I get it.
