Twins keep getting bigger (Ducati, Buell XBRR) and inline 4 keep getting smaller (motogp).

Power is the key. You don't see the SV650 winning races (unless its a specified class). We all know that v-twins don't translate power numbers until you break the litre mark. Anyway, who doesn't love a twin? You forgot BMW. Can't wait to find someone running boxer motors in FX :)

multistrada 620

Where does this leave the little bitty Multistrada 620? Are they going to put a Sportster 883 engine in it or something? Maybe the Monster 695 I hope? How about a green or yellow one? Something really obscene is needed to jazz it up, like a Desmosedici V4 Multistrada.

A "wet" clutch? Merda!



My 999 will scoff at it while modeling it's "bikini" clutch cover! A Ducati isn't a Ducati without that clutch ring dinging!



Actually, it looks like a nice update - good to see Ducati is willing to make realistic updates to improve the bike and maintenance. It's also a great idea to put a "sensible" wet clutch on their most sensible model first.



It may take the Ducatisti a while to get used to the idea!
