Two balljoint presses to break the bead and a cheap Harbor Freight balance stand. You can use c-clamps for the bead but I like to abuse my air tools.

This new tire isn't Z rated so maybe it'll last a little longer.

And that's all she wrote folks, the bike is safe to ride again. My Dr. will be very pleased that I didn't endanger myself when I show up for my appointment today.

Something that might be worth noting for you guys. Before I changed the tire the bike was wanting to go into wobble when going over tar lines on the highway. I thought I might have to do the front tire too but it's gone now, it was the back tire. If you're familiar with the Harley death wobble this can be serious business.
