Well, MVAugusta and Benelli seem to get by with limited sales of very expensive bikes of no better performance than much cheaper Japanese models. Why shouldn't Roeh try to corner that market? I'd rather see American bikes from that class on the road, given my druthers.
If those chopper manufacturers can stay in business selling inferior overpriced, and in some cases dangerous, schlock there may be a market for this thing.

We've had a week of inversion now. The fog has been freezing onto the ground and its so icy now that getting around in my truck can be hairraising, much less trying to ride. Maybe that snowstorm will blow it out and warm things up a bit.

Since performance is all important then the looks shouldn't matter. I mean, isn't sportbiking all about the fatest bike not the prettiest one? I mean, if it's not about the fastest bike then everyone who buys a sportbike based on looks is a POSER!
As I recall from physics, the most aerodynamic subsonic shape is a teardrop. Therefore all sportbike fairings should look like teardrops! All fairnings that are angular are inferior and the owners thereof must avoid the Burger Barn until they correct this gross error!

I never buy a bike based on the opinion of some reviewer who is only concerned with track performance. I ride on the street and the stiff suspensions of the replicas are simply inadequate. The SV is an excellent streetbike/sporttourer. I'd certainly rather ride an SV through the pothole infested mountian roads of Utah than a 999.
If you don't frequent the Burger Barn then who cares how it stacks up against CBRYZGSXZXRRRRRRRRRs? While they're comparing stats I'm riding.
