Ferraris, especially the stick shift ones, aren't really designed for drag racing. They can get up to speed quickly but they appreciate smoothness.

How about...

If you're going 50 over the limit I WANT the cops to confiscate your bike, In what way is this defensible? Obviously this aplies to cars as well.(snork)that is until some Yup gets popped in his Porsche trying to impress his secretary.

How about when some cop having a bad day pulls you over for doing 5 over the speedlimit and when you ask what you did he gets pissy and slams this law down on you?

I don't know, just another big brother thing its bull. They should have to prove 50mph over the speed limit, not 49, not 48. 50 period. The other thing that bothers me about this is that these people already don't care so their either going to go steal a bike or buy one with out a license. So what happens when YOUR bike is stolen, taken for a joy ride and the cops steal it? do you get it back? knowing the way current laws work, probably not. do the cops/community compensate you for it? probably not. so that means you have to go to court to sue the guy that stole it and fight to get then $10K from him that he probably doesn't have anyways. So you lose! even though you did nothing wrong.
