No, scratch that - I had a friend's Cousin's Sister's 12-year-old kid get killed on one of those, first time he rode it. There outta be a law prohibiting kids from riding those things on the Freeway. Let's just ban them entirely - 2-wheel Motor-Vehicles are Just Dangerous!
