A few weeks ago I did a quote for KM that was $1315 annual for a Conni14- he lives in South FL for those that need location. The same type of quote for GA (not Atlanta) would be $350 annual. In SC the quote was $480 and in Alabama it was sub $300. .

Which, by the way, is a big part of the reason why I'm still on the old Con-ster. It's hard to rationalize paying nearly as much a month for insurance as the damn vehicle costs. My car insurance is $250/month already, but I don't have much choice on that. BTW: I have two tickets in 3 years...I'm hardly a wild man these days.

Ah, didn't say you were a wild man. It's location that screws you. You see the rates for other areas. You could most certainly afford to get the Connie if you lived elsewhere. Just another variable.

Oh sure, I understood that. You told me that when we talked on the phone. I think you used slightly more colorful language. Something about how insurance companies force a certain sex act on unwilling South Floridians. It's my fault for living in this hellhole. I can't wait to move back to Cocoa Beach...
