I disagree. There are many embarrassing cases that take place.



The most prominent have to deal with celebrities and police beatings.



You have the cop acquittals that started the rights, O.J., Blake (the guy from Berretta), Michael Jackson. And that is only the news beaten items.



I'm not saying these people were guilty or innocent, nut the handling and cover-ups that take place are just as prominent in CA as they are in any other state.
