Make your presence known. With off road motorcycle access becoming more and more limited, all of us benefit by showing our faces at these meetings. For those of us that live on the east coast, there are few areas where we can ride off road. Dirt bike riding is a faint memory unless you want to race or own large tracks of land. Recreational off road riding is very limited for most of us. Those of you out west have a great resource there and should make sure that you continue to have access.

Time to poop or get off the pot. The Sierra Club's and the various wilderness group's goals are simply to ban all motor vehicle activity on all publicly owned lands. If you can't make it to the meeting then write.

You can bet that the eco-wackos will be there, well organized. Since the BLM itself is becoming staffed with eco-wacks more and more our input is more vital than ever. Snowmobiling in Yellowstone only survived by a c()nthair. Next time we might not be so lucky.

Well said. After working for the BLM for 6 summers, it is definetely being staffed more and more by eco-wackers rather than guys who grew up on ranches and farms. But the BLM does respond to vocal public pressure. Most of the BLM land is prefect for ATV and dirt bike use with very little impact to wild life. In most western states BLM is land is the land that wasn't good enought for National Parks, Forests or to be sold to the public. There is also alot of it. Nevada for instance, 90% of the land is owned by Uncle Sam (BLM)
