I got a brand new Ninja 250, and I have a problem. When I shift into third gear, nothing seems to change. The RPM stay exactly the same, and I keep shifting and shifting until I can't shift anymore. I thought maybe it was me, but I rode a different bike and got it into third fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Since it's brand new, ride it back to the dealer in second gear and tell him to fix it. Shift fork problem of some kind I would imagine.
