Carb clean help

How OLD is it ? Any chance that it is 30 years or more and has been damaged by ethanol ?

Maybe soaking in some Berrymans B12 Chemtool for a couple of hours.
Not much longer than that because B12 full strength can do damage too.

I think I'd be tempted to try and find a "new" carb.

How many times should this cleaning be done and how long to clean it?

Which kind of cleaning are you talking about ?

The first thing you should try is putting some good cleaner IN with the gas.......if it runs at all.......and then run it a bit several times over a few days.
