Good idea, it's about time. They should have this at every race. Period. Safety is #1 when riding and it will help them with sales, not to mention direct customer feedback. Way to take the initiative Arai! Forgot the magic D word though (discounts).
This is such a great idea and so neglected! Man, at every race weekend there are 100's of bike manufacturer/apparel/safety gear users - individuals that are the direct target market of these companies. Kudos for Arai for picking up on it and enhancing their customer service and increasing their market exposure. Hmmmm, the HJC is getting a little old... maybe I need a new Arai.
