Gatso. Well there is quite a few of them, but you have to be pretty blind to get caught by them. Mobile speed camera's (handheld) are far worse.

Some one in France got a ticket from a camera and successfully fought it ... now their traffic cameras MUST BE MANNED! Score one for us...in some fashion.
