I have worn a pair of the M-Star (size 42) boots for several months, and I think they are great. I ride a 2002 BMW R1150Gs, probably one of the tallest street bikes around. After spending $1400 on adjustable shocks to get the bike about 1.5" lower, I still found that I was tiptoeing, better because now most of the balls of my feet were touching. I saw an ad for the M-Stars, bought a pair and the first time I got on the bike, I could actually "flatfoot" the monster. This does wonders for my confidence. At age 58, I just didn't have the leverage and power to stop a tipover. Now I can comfortably get both feet down on the ground. The boots are comfortable, waterproof and are easy to get on and off. For anyone who needs an extra 1 1/2 to 2" of "leg" the M- Stars are just the ticket.
