It's easy to deal with this one. You gt all your bike-riding friends, plus all your families, and everyone else you know, to listen to this radio station, and as soon as this DJ's show comes on, to switch off. The sudden drop in audience will be noticed...and he'll be fired. Thus, bikers kill DJs, not the other way round.
Oh yes, it's so unfair that we "get" to split lanes because we're using less gas, taking up less parking space, and causing less wear on the road all while putting ourselves at greater risk of danger from your massive, overweight, ill-handling, antisocial, gas guzzling, giant road tumor of an SUV.
Life sure is tough.
Of course I'm in Georgia so I'm not legally able to lane split anyways (which isn't to say I never do; I just use discretion)...
I'm sorry... what???
"The sudden drop in audience will be noticed..." how, exactly? Using the signal your radios all magically send to the radio stations when you change stations or turn them off?
Please identify the planet you're from.
BARF had the right ideas, you get lots of people to complain to the station, the FCC, the sponsors, the govenator.
"Woody" (the DJ) tried to cover his ass by saying something like "I don't want to see anyone get hurt" right afterwards, but it was still a sh1tty thing to say. He has the immature attitude that everyone stuck in traffic should "suffer equally". What a waste of valuable frequency spectrum those morning talk shows are anyway. Shut up and play music!
Oh, and this is not old news, it happened recently and the BARF forums are still buzzing about it.
