Technically Evel may have valid suit, but imitation IS a great form of flattery, so lighten up man.
Kanye should have asked for permission of such a blatant rip-off of identity, but in this crazy world of parody (hell SNL and MadTV do it all the time), I fail to understand why people can't take a joke or see the backhanded compliment it is.
Whomever marketed/produced the video's actually to blame for not raising a flag about possible infringement. I'm sure slapping down some benjamins will appease comically iconic Evel just fine.
