The FJ and RC are not cruisers. For someone looking for a Harley with more power (and probably more reliability) than the average hog, the V-rod might be the bike that they WANT. Isn't motorcycling all about our WANTs? That said, I wouldn't touch one with a 10 meter cattle prod. I think that the 998S is overpriced, and though I could buy an FJ1300 AND an SV-650 for the cost of one, I still WANT a 998S.
