With all due respect, Mr. Zawa is right on the money. I can't tell you how many guys came into the HD dealer I used to work in with their heavily customized bikes, with sometimes $10s of k's of money "invested" in them. Every time, we offered the book value, even on bikes we had sold and put the accessories on them.

That's kind of the point of the running joke on "investment" on the site.

For one the bike is Pagan Gold not green, Two it does not have apehanger bars, they are the stock bars With 4 up 2 back risers & three the Iron Cross Or Maltese Cross is not a Nazi symbol!! The only thing you got right was that it is a metric, & I will take a wet cluched, hydrolic valved metric over a Harley or Harley type motor any day of the week!!

BTW: I despise choppers ever since the coffin tank and girder front ends fell out of favor. If it does't have twisted iron rods in place of the rear shocks, it's just not a chopper to me.
