Are You Talking About A Disc Lock? Inspect The Caliper And Rotor For Damage, Carefully Inspect The Rotor Mounting Bolts And Caliper Mounting Bolts For Damage And Proper Torque. Bleed The Brakes To Remove Any Air. Most Likely You Damaged To Rotor And May Need To Replace It. Remove The Bike Lock And Soak It In Warm Salt Water For 24 Hours. Discard The Motorcycle.
Take off your pants and tie them around your head. Slather yourself with melted butter. Run in circles around the bike yelling: OUT BRAKING DEMONS! THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU! OUT!!!
First, take warm soapy water and some q-tips, and thoroughly clean your Shift key. It appears to be stuck.

Second, you may have warped the brake rotor when you tried to load-test the lock. As soon as the wheel starts turning, the rotor "wobbles" back and forth, and pushes the brake piston(s) back into the caliper. When you go to apply the brake, you must first pump the piston back into contact with the rotor.

One way to check this is to hold the brake lever down, lightly applying braking pressure, while the bike is rolling down the street. If you feel the lever pulsing, you have a bent rotor, which must be replaced.

Who's Stan?
We're going to say a nice prayer for Stan tonight down at the church. He's a troubled boy...means well, but troubled.
