What, you don't believe in the power of Christ? Wow dude, you're going to Hell.First, take warm soapy water and some q-tips, and thoroughly clean your Shift key. It appears to be stuck.
Second, you may have warped the brake rotor when you tried to load-test the lock. As soon as the wheel starts turning, the rotor "wobbles" back and forth, and pushes the brake piston(s) back into the caliper. When you go to apply the brake, you must first pump the piston back into contact with the rotor.
One way to check this is to hold the brake lever down, lightly applying braking pressure, while the bike is rolling down the street. If you feel the lever pulsing, you have a bent rotor, which must be replaced.
