bought my husband a fuelpack for xmas for the harley! now I try to go online to get it set up and I cant!! what am I doing wrong.........

It's usually pretty easy! HD's are pre-programmed! Just "plug-n-play!" If it doesn't work, call their tech support! Hope that helps!
