That's nice but you are forgetting one thing, the all mighty dollar.
If you think the few billion we lose every year to drunk drivers is a lot of money, you have to ask yourself how many billions more alcohol brings in a year.
I hate drunk driving, and lost my cousin to a drunk driver when he was only 16 so I have a reason other then just being a concerned parent and motorcyclist for wanting them all off the road.
So while it would be nice to try and implement this I just don't think it's going to happen.
