Could also be a worn tire. A lot of bikes cut the front tire funny, wspecially if it was run underinflated.

LR is right, though. It is very possible the tubes and/or trees are out of kilter. And it doesn't take much misalignment to make the bike handle in an atrocious manner.

Saying that, make sure the rear wheel is still pointed in the right direction.
