This is a joke, right? I went to trailerboyz.com and all they are is a phoney baloney link site to actual trailer retailers. Nice try though. The Highwayman needs one!

Maybe I'd better read that again

So now I have to buy a trailer and something to pull it with?

I bought ten! I now get twenty times the mileage per each trailed ride. My 2008 HD FXSTBSXSTCFLFTS already has 178,000 miles on it and I've only ever ridden it once to the grocery store! Does this qualify me for an Iron Butt patch or something?!

Looks like an innovative solution to a common problem...
Using this on an open trailer will have the advantage of adding miles AND picking up a little road grime. A Slam Dunk for the rally crowd.!

While a good start, the problem with this system is that it's not authentic enough to truly replicate the high mileage look. What you need is a system of rollers attached to the trailer wheels and geared up. You tie the bike down and they simulate "Real Riding on Real Roads" (TM). The basic system comes with the trailer and one set of rollers. Standard is chrome, but you can special order billet or carbon fiber. You can accessorize with different rollers, of course. There's "Highway Hog", "Adventure Rider" (complete with mud splashes and rock dings), and "Burnout Stunaz".

Taking pre-orders now, first 50 get a free leather vest in your choice of style: bullet-proof or village people.

While we're on the subject of things you just gotta have, I looked at (actually "gaped slack-jawed" is more apt) the M/V Agusta F4CC when I went to the IMS in DC. That's CC, as in Claudio Castiglianee-i-ee-i-o.

It was Gorgeous, with a capitol (as in Washington, DC, get it?) "G".

$120,000. Assuming you can find one for sale.

Mighty expensive piece of artwork for the corner of the living room, I'd say.

There's a very interesting article on MV in this month's Classic Bike. I learned a lot about the company that I had never realized. Ferinstance, the bike division was always an "ego" business for the owner; it was financed by his real industries so they could play with bikes.

CC, eh? Well, I always did think that MV Augusta was the Claudia Cardinale of the motorcycle universe. In the running for the most beautiful ever.

So you don't have to go looking...

This is a 2007 model. I can't tell if they;ve made any changes for '08.

By the way, they were supposed to build 100 of the 2007 models.

I'd never take it out of the house! Maybe direct a couple little halogen spots at it. Who cares that it's supposed to make 200HP at the crank!

I wonder what the Gecko would want to cover that bad boy?

Now they just need to come up with a sportbike edition that leans the bike to the left and right to get the chicken strips off the tires.
Naw it's too easy to do it by hand. By the way, wasn't that you buying all that 100 grit sandpaper at Home Depot last week?
