It is possible that the forks are twisted in the triple trees. As for alignment. Depends on your mechanical aptitude and ability to have keen eyesight- Otherwise, look for a GMD Computrack location in your area.

You replaced a fork tube? Did you tighten everything down? Are the steering head bearings torqued correctly? Is the wheel out of round? Could be one of a thousand things.

Please tell me that you bought a shop manual.
