well, I'm late to the party again, you can hear the pump run when you turn on the ignition, sounds like you have a vent hose pinched and your getting vapor lock. I'd pull the gas tank and make sure all the vent lines are not pinched.

whats wrong with chains? you can get those gold ones with anodized black sprockets and they look cool as can be specially on a blue Suzook with black wheels and an alloy swingarm. it's the asthetics you see, it has to look cool as well as actually work

Kinda neat, Sprocket Specialists has a number of different colored anodized alloy sprockets, I'm sure they have a nice blue....blue bike- black wheels- blue sprocket- gold chain it's one of those subtle things that you look at and say "Oh cool"...instead of just chroming the sh*t out of everything.

Ditto on the trunk, handy as can be but gad.......plus you kick the SOB everytime you get on the bike..

Highs in the middle 70's in December????? that's just obscene, I have to dress up like the flippin' Michilin Man just to ride around for an hour before it gets dark at 4 pm, that of course is if it's not snowing or raining or both....
