The KPPI is a mathematical expression that attempts to quantify the number of unrealized predictions, multiplied by the number of unsupported assertions, divided by transparent rationalizations. There is some kind of factor applied to all this that makes 600cc sportbike always the correct answer, but no one seems to know what it is, except some obscure ashtray designer from the Northwest, who apparently has some sexual ambiguities to work out.
