Yep I am with you. I thought it was a little high but like you said the unhappy usually respond to these things. However, I think that if there was 2 in 100 serious transmission problems that would be too high for Japanese standards. The 3 with an oil leak blows me away. Seems like that should never happen on a modern motorcycle.

Re: She's look incredibly cute on a Monster

The "Middle Class Misery Index" of Bush's and

previous administrations and found a 13-point dip, from 112 to 99,

between 2000 and 2003. A higher score means families are better off.

The report listed a drop of five points during President Reagan's two

terms, a decline of 12 points during the presidency of Bush's father,

George H.W. Bush, and a 23-point improvement under Clinton.

Re: A new 2004 Buell Lightening Owner speaks

Nice Bike. Good to hear from real owners like you. Glad to hear the reliability is good. I have a soft spot for Buell. Did you have Japanese bikes before? If so how do maintenance costs compare. I am thinking because you have self adjusting valves on it it should be much cheaper than my Ninja ($400 per service).

Thanks for put. As far a politics goes this guy I responded is on my lshyt ist along Buz for engaging in political crap and then name calling on other thread. I really wasn't talking to them in the thread and I didn't bring up the politics. In response to another guys point on outsourcing, I just cited an article and that is when this idiot and Buzglyd went to the name calling. But you are right I won't respond to these guys anymore.

More truth to come

Family incomes have declined by $1,462 under President Bush.

In the last year the middle class has experienced near-record jumps in the cost of healthcare, college tuition, and gas:

College tuition up 13 percent -- the largest increase on record

Health premiums up 11 percent -- the largest increase since 1977

Gas prices have risen by 15 percent, causing the average family to spend $300 more per year -- the second largest increase since 1980
