I'm glad they call it a parade. When I get stuck behind a large group of cruisers going 5mph less than the speed limit down some of my favorite twisties (or in town, or on the highway [all lanes], or on major thoroughfares) me, along with some of those in four wheels, probably wish that they had to apply for a parade permit, as that's what they most resemble.
Having said that, any moto event raising money for legitimate charities is always a good thing!
