I donno ......I kinda hate for the cops to get smarter.... I'm used to bubba cop on his Harley and state troopers with their D.I. hats..... sigh ....

I always wondered why they couldn't make custom riding jackets and pants for officers, as well as full-face helmets.

I don't know how long a smart Chief of Police will last in any small town with the basic small mentality that goes with being small... I'd give him ....maybe two years before moving on and up.......and the then officers turn into cowboys.
