Sorry that we disagree, but I tried it right after your post and the fee was on the same page as where you enter your credit card information. It's possible that the order of things were changed between the time you posted and I tried to order something so why don't we leave it that. If you'll take a look at the site now, it is as I saw it on the date of your post..on the same page as where you enter your CC info.
