I an kind confused by a group known as NorthEast SportBike Association holding events in Oregon and Washington. I guess Spokane qualifies as "NorthEast Washington" but I don't see how Seattle and Portland fit in!

Not that I am complaning -- Portland is less than 6 hours away, and I have brothers in both Spokane and Seattle areas so maybe I can handle some family obligations and get some track time in the same trip.
