Hmmm. Maybe not. Read the comments. Local dealers still are not selling them.

Yeah, I read through them. So far as I understand it, NOBODY understands whether or not the reprieve is for ATVs and Motos or not.

And from what I've read about the CPSC - they cannot penalize a manufacturer for making lead-shot-filled melamine-laced baby rattles, but can send the Mal-Wart store Manager to jail for selling them..............

THAT is reason enough for most Moto Dealers to pull everything from the showroom floor.

The gun/moto/public-use-land Grabbers have won another round.
