I was USMC for 4 years. I don't have to make excuses like you do with your "life on the line horseshiite". The funny thing is that I'm sure you work with plenty of fellow firefighters that actually were in the service and then became firefighters. What I don't get is why you even mention how close to you came to being a great jet flying warrior. Horseshoes and hand grenades there you almost wannabee.
