I think they should introduce a compulsory day-glo neon vest for all riders, with register plate on the front and in the back, like they have in Colombia. This would make any bad ass chopper guy look like an overripe pizza delivery boy.

The reason why 18 year olds are best soldiers is the same why they play with granades, blow ammo boxes and are dangerous motorbike riders. They have more hormones than sense.



Also if you raised the age limit to 21 you would get very few recruits. By that time the guys have learned its much nicer to ride bike, drink beer and chase skirts than to march around on a hot and dusty training field.
