It's an interesting idea, but if the emphasis is on selling memberships/timeshares/any kind of commitment I doubt it will last. I would like it if nicer hotels and resorts publicized being and were moto-friendly.
This place is pretty remote. It's three hours from Albuequerque and maybe six from Phx. It is a pretty area. It's just west of the the Very Large Array radio telescopes of Contact movie fame.
There will also be the issue of Harley types vs everyone else. Then you've got the issue of single-malt types vs case-of-bud-puke-and pass-out-at-5-a.m. types.
