i am getting a motorcycle this week it s a honda shodow 600 i have never riden a motorcycle i am also 54 yr old what u think any ideas and to be honest i am a little nervious thanks ken

You also need a good helmet and a bunch of safety gear. Start slow and find yourself a nice big parking lot.

The 600 is the 600 shadow, which is extremely tame. Is it as good as the 125cc you recommended; no. But it isn't that bad of a choice.

I agree. It's a 34 hp bike! It's got decent brakes, handles well enough- good choice Newbie.
