Wow. I hope if I die in such an 'amusing' way, nobody here learns about it.

Is it the fact the guy wasn't wearing a helmet that makes his death joke material? Perhaps the mere mention of an Amish buggy?

I'm sure his eulogy was a real gut-buster.

The lack of details on the crash leave it completely unknown to us who was at fault. Maybe if the story read "the buggy made an illegal left turn leaving the motorcycle no room to avoid it, even though the motorcycle wasn't speeding"... the treatment of this dead guy might be different.

I can't help it...

I no I shoudn't laugh but I can't help it. However, one of my great grandfathers drowned when he fell off his mule into pond while he was drunk. So do I get permission to chuckle?

This is a bit off the main topic, but...

Anyone else find the last sentence of the article a bit odd?

"There is no word on whether anyone else was in the buggy."

How many people do you expect in a buggy? Isn't eight enough? Seems like it'd be pretty full already without asking around for more people, at least if it's anywhere near the size of the ones I've seen...
