Spectating-wise, it's pretty good. Excellent sightlines, and lots of places to get good action shots from...bring a telephoto lense and get to business! As for riding, I went to a Team Pro-Motion trackday on the South course, and it freaking rocks! I rented an Aprilia RS250 for the day, and have decided my budget for next year needs to be amended to include more track days and possibly a used RS250.
The only caveat is that VIR is over 700 miles from me...bummer!
