Just drill a couple of holes in the top triple clamp, and you're in business.
Aftermarket cruiser oriented shops usually keep a lot of braided steel line components to extend the clutch and brake lines. You can get longer throttle cables, if needed, from similar standard or cruiser style bikes from the same manufacturer. Try your local junkyard.
