Ok- the cops are impounding bikes and are saying 'you can get it back- just produce a M class license."
You'd love to produce such a license but you can't because your bike is impounded and in order to get licensed you must complete the RIDING portion of the test. Well, can anyone say AUCTION. Someone here has to have a dealer license.
