I see this as a positive thing. Since the squidlies are followers they'll suddenly "realize" that smaller is better and will be buying 800cc bikes in droves soon. This means the resurrection of the 750-800 class middleweights... the truly divinely inspired displacement for the 4 cylinder. People will be riding 750s again, like God intended.

The public will have to decide whether or not it wants bikes that are heavier in return for a narrower profile. Then they have to decide whether or not the aerodynamic gains that only show up at impoundment speeds+ are worth the extra complexity and expense. Notice that Honda's VFR costs about the same as the SprintST which displaces another 250cc.

Well, he's back to normal. Neither longride or I either attacked Kook or the move to smaller bikes. Truly he is insane. He reads things that aren't printed.

I guess that's why they have him design the ashtrays for 777s.

Safest thing for Boeing to do. Have him design things that aren't used at all. Sort of like when my daughter was 4 and I used to let her "help" me by making mud pies.
