Um, yes, but at least where I come from, it refers to a certain... er... "male reproductive fluid."
I was rather confuse by the title of the article for that reason. Although I get it now.
Sort of odd how different words have different naughty meanings in the various dialects of English, eh? Complement a British woman on her fanny if you want to get an education in this concept.
