Think "Spring Roll", but with heavier pastry, more mystery as to the filling, and cooked in fattier oil, at a lower temperature so as to increase absorbsion, until almost unrecognisable. Available at any self-respecting dingy servo (gas station, in Seppo-Speak) or fast food joint in GodZone. So as you can imagine, a staple food for track day addicts and truck drivers.
