A chiko roll, for those filled with wonder, and who can't necessarily make it to the show, is an Aussie hunka fast food, deep fried, and almost as far from heathy as you can get. Think "Spring Roll", but with heavier pastry, more mystery as to the filling, and cooked in fattier oil, at a lower temperature so as to increase absorbsion, until almost unrecognisable. Available at any self-respecting dingy servo (gas station, in Seppo-Speak) or fast food joint in GodZone. So as you can imagine, a staple food for track day addicts and truck drivers.
