Since you live in Kalifornia you can use that spiffy new "predator protection and facilitation" law that Arnie signed last year. All you have to do is say that you are a woman and, ta da, you magically become one!

The law has a valid purpose for protecting trans people, and there is no realistic danger of people hurting women, much less children, as a result of the law.

Check out this blog for some research on that point.

Trans folks (I know many) are really no different from anyone else; they just need to work a lot harder to be who they really are.

I think you may be missing his point - correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he's NOT saying that a "real" tran is going to do anything untoward - rather, a Predator can "claim" that he's one, and now legally use this law as his excuse for stalking and molesting.

Perhaps so, but as my link shows, that doesn't happen.
