Without the unusual first or second poster, Sachi is our only member of the fairer sex, I believe.

MO has always been 99%+ older guys. As Kirk pointed out in his other recent post, I guess we scare off the young and the meek.

Well then, what do we need to do to make this, our Good Ol' (well, including V.1) site more attractive to women and those that don't fit the "Angry Old Men" demographic?

Perhaps I shall start, maybe post a thread concerning the selection of the proper mix of herbs and spices to put in a sachet to hang with both leather and synthetic riding gear, and also to put in helmets.

I'm a Lavender kind of guy, other fellows maybe not so much. Rose petals and Lexol don't really complement each other.

Ugh, I get dragged into that festering compost heap of "fragrances" by my squeeze everytime I have to go to the mall with her...The trick is eyeball all the young hotties while appearing to appreciate the suttle nuances between Rose petel Jasmine peach and orange mango juniper berrie body washes that the ol' lady is dousing herself with....

Usually I just wind up with a headache from all the "soothing aroma's"...

Y'know, you just can't reach some people.

I dearly love my wife, and she is one of the most laid-back, understanding women I've ever met. A good skillset to have around me!

But, she can not - nay, will not consider the fact that a cold slice of leftover pizza, liberally doused with Tabasco and a touch of Hunt's paired with a hot cup of Community Dark Roast coffee is probably the ultimate food for one's breakfast.

And when I lust after a performance exhaust or intake, or whatever, she looks at me with more than a little pain behind her eyes, and asks, "Doesn't it already HAVE an exhaust/intake/etc.?"

So, how does one relate to folks like that?

Sarnali, roger the aromatic fog. Especially when you are required to traverse the fragrance region of the big Department stores. They should have biohazard placards!
